Mommy held me!

I know that it has been hard for mommy this past week, so it made me so happy when the doctors said that they could take me out of my incubator for a little bit and that mommy could hold me for the very first time! Mommy was nervous because I'm so tiny and the cables and wires and tubes are intimidating, but the nurses helped get me tucked into mommy's shirt nice and snug and warm. Mommy knows how much the lights bother me, so she put my blanket over my head and whispered something to me that daddy couldn't hear. It was a secret just for me. I napped with mommy for an hour before I had to go back in my incubator. It was the best day of my entire life!
